The specialty of the KONZMANN Division Engineering subsidiaries is TBS planning, with and without BIM.

The aim is an integrated 360° planning approach in which all technical building services disciplines are considered as a whole and optimally coordinated to support high operational reliability, quality and demand-based energy use.

Planning according to HOAI

Planning in accordance with HOAI service phases 1–9: All technical building services disciplines are planned by the companies of the Engineering Division in accordance with the nine service phases of the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI). Each phase can be commissioned individually and tailored to the requirements of the client and the respective project, whether a building, system or other development. Planning is always carried out on a neutral, manufacturer- and product-independent basis to achieve a solution tailored to the project from a technical, energy and economic perspective.
