TCON Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH was founded in 1996 and has been a 100% subsidiary of the KONZMANN Group since 2020. Under the name BIMtelligence—a combination of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and intelligence—TCON delivers concepts, planning, project management, and documentation across all trades of technical building equipment and throughout the entire lifecycle of individual systems or complex properties. Highly technical standardized processes are as natural as working according to the requirements of a quality management system certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.

In March 2023, TCON integrated HAUSCONSULT GmbH, headquartered in Simmersfeld, as a 100% subsidiary, further expanding its performance. Together with Koppe and W33, TCON now leads the Engineering division.
