The HAUSCONSULT GmbH was founded in 2004 as a highly specialized planning service provider for all trades of technical building equipment. With its focus on the economic regions of Stuttgart and Freiburg as well as beyond in southwestern Germany, the company has successfully established itself as a competent partner for demanding TBS projects over the past two decades. Since March 2023, HAUSCONSULT GmbH has been a 100% subsidiary of TCON GmbH and strengthens the engineering expertise in planning and consulting complex building technology solutions as part of the Engineering Division within the KONZMANN Group.

HAUSCONSULT’s core competency lies in the individual development and precise planning of technically holistic solutions, as well as energy consulting and audits, and also in subsidy consulting. Whether in public buildings, industry, hospitality, healthcare, or urban development, the company convinces with creative, flexible, and economically optimized concepts in performance phases 1–9 according to HOAI. HAUSCONSULT also has extensive expertise and many years of experience in the design and planning of sustainable energy concepts – a competency that is becoming increasingly important, particularly in the decarbonization of real estate portfolios.
