KONZMANN Group Expands its Executive Management and Appoints a New CFO
The KONZMANN Group is strengthening its executive management and announces the appointment of Dr. Thomas Brandstätt to the executive board. Thomas Brandstätt assumes the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Group effective immediately.
As an industrial engineer and seasoned manager with international experience in engineering, plant construction, and technical services, Thomas Brandstätt brings extensive expertise in strategy and finance to the KONZMANN Group. Recently, he served as managing director and later as chairman of the executive board at Tractebel Engineering GmbH (formerly Lahmeyer International). There, he played a key role in the strategic realignment and transformation of the energy business. Previously, he held various leadership positions in the Technical Services division at HOCHTIEF and in plant engineering at Bilfinger.
Together with Oliver Rennig, CEO of the KONZMANN Group, Thomas Brandstätt forms the new dual leadership of the executive board. In his role as CFO, he will be responsible for finance, controlling, and IT.
With the expansion of the executive board, leadership responsibilities will now be shared by two experienced executives. Oliver Rennig remains Chairman of the Executive Board and continues to be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the Group. As CFO, Thomas Brandstätt will serve as a strong sparring partner and play a key role in shaping financial management and the further development of the KONZMANN Group.

Frank Wolf previously held the position of CFO as a member of the executive management team. The KONZMANN Group thanks Frank Wolf for his consistently excellent and trusting collaboration, as well as for his valuable professional expertise and dedicated commitment over the past years.
