KONZMANN Group brings together 140 trainees at AZUBI DAY 2026

This year marked the third edition of KONZMANN AZUBI DAY, which took our trainees to Motorworld Böblingen near Stuttgart on September 3 and 4. A total of 140 trainees from 23 subsidiaries at 43 locations attended, once again making the event a special experience. The focus was on making new connections, gaining exciting insights, and, above all, fostering camaraderie among our young talents from across the entire corporate group.

The event kicked off with a guided tour of Motorworld, where participants had plenty to discover. This unique venue not only offered fascinating insights but also provided the perfect setting for striking up conversations and making new connections. It is precisely these personal encounters that make AZUBI DAY such a special event and strengthen the sense of community throughout the entire KONZMANN Group.

Once again this year, the highlight of Apprentice Day was the ceremony honoring outstanding apprentices. Through this event, the KONZMANN Group recognized the exceptional achievements of its young talent and, at the same time, underscored the high priority it places on apprenticeship training within the corporate group.

“For us, training means much more than just imparting technical knowledge. We want to open up new opportunities for young people, foster their personal development, and at the same time help them realize that they are part of a strong community,” says the KONZMANN Group. They note that interaction across societal and geographical boundaries is a key component in fostering team spirit and cohesion right from the start.

The evening continued in a convivial atmosphere: With good food, music, and a DJ, everyone celebrated together, laughed, and stayed up late into the night. It was a wonderful way to end such a great day.

The next morning began with a group breakfast, followed by a visit to the Mercedes-Benz Museum. During the tour, the trainees were able to experience the history of the automobile up close and discover numerous impressive vehicles and milestones in the history of mobility. This brought AZUBI DAY 2026 to a fitting conclusion before the participants returned to their respective locations.

With its third Trainee Day, the KONZMANN Group is sending a clear message about the importance it places on its young talent. The event combines professional and personal development with the building of a strong network within the corporate group. After all, tomorrow’s skilled workers are an essential part of the KONZMANN Group’s future growth.
Special thanks go to all the organizers, as well as the participating companies and employees, who contributed to the success of Apprentice Day 2026. Above all, however, the KONZMANN Group congratulates the outstanding apprentices on their achievements and looks forward to shaping the future of the group together with them.
