Closing completed: KLAR Partners is the new shareholder of the KONZMANN Group
All regulatory approvals have been granted: The closing of the change in ownership at the KONZMANN Group took place as planned on October 30, 2025. Both parties had already signed an agreement to this effect in September 2025. With the successful completion of the transaction, KLAR Partners is now the new shareholder of the KONZMANN Group.

The KONZMANN Group is one of the leading mid-sized providers of energy and building services in Germany. With approximately 1,100 employees and total revenue of around 180 million euros (2024), the company offers a comprehensive 360° portfolio ranging from heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and plumbing systems to electrical and building services, as well as maintenance and planning services.
