Compliance
Policies & Code of Conduct
of the KONZMANN Group
The KONZMANN Group maintains a clear and unwavering commitment to ethical and moral principles, general behavioral guidelines, and compliance with legal requirements. With the sole aim of always acting in the best interest of the company, its employees, shareholders, and business partners, these are enshrined in our compliance policies and code of conduct. Our whistleblower system provides a protected communication channel for inquiries or reports related to compliance issues.
Compliance Policies
The corporate mission statement of the KONZMANN Group describes our self-image and provides a framework for our activities both internally and externally. It is designed to facilitate adherence to existing rules within the corporate group and to offer employees guidance, support, and advice in their daily tasks and decisions, ensuring they always act in the best interest of the company, its employees, shareholders, and business partners.
Code of Conduct
The principles of conduct we follow within the company and in our customer relationships are designed to ensure that we consistently meet our customers’ expectations and avoid mistakes that could negatively impact our company’s reputation. Our customers value technical excellence, reliability, and integrity. With determination, we promote the success of our customers, as their success is fundamentally important for the economic growth of the KONZMANN Group.
Whistleblower & Complaint System
Our Reporting Office
Through our whistleblower system, you have the opportunity to inform us about violations of legal regulations or our compliance policies. Adherence to these regulations and principles of conduct is our highest priority. To meet this commitment, it is crucial for us to learn about possible misconduct by our own employees or those of suppliers or third parties. Only then can we take appropriate countermeasures. Ultimately, these reports serve to prevent harm to employees, customers, business partners, the environment, and the KONZMANN GmbH as well as all our partner companies.

Your cooperation is important to us
To make it easy for you to report potential violations, we have established a digital whistleblower system. This platform offers a secure, data protection-compliant, and anonymous solution for reporting possible legal infringements.
Reports protected under the special provisions of the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) include:
- Violations that constitute criminal offenses (§ 2 para. 1 no. 1 HinSchG),
- Violations subject to fines (regulatory offenses), insofar as the violated regulation serves to protect life, health, or the rights of employees or their representative bodies (§ 2 para. 1 no. 2 HinSchG),
- Violations against selected federal or state laws as well as certain EU legal acts (§ 2 para. 1 no. 3 HinSchG).
It is not necessary for you to be able to prove the violations.
What matters is that at the time of reporting, you believe or assume the information you provide to be true.
Reports made knowingly false or abusively are not protected.
We take every report seriously and investigate it thoroughly. Incoming reports are treated confidentially and in compliance with data protection regulations within the framework of legal provisions.

Alternatively, you can contact our law firm – Dr. Niels Gercke – who also provides advice and, upon request, protects your identity. You can reach Dr. Niels Gercke by email:
We would like to point out that this internal reporting office has been established for the notification of potential legal violations.
Upon receipt, reports are handled in compliance with all necessary procedural principles (e.g., confidentiality, protection of whistleblowers). To process cases and, if necessary, initiate appropriate investigative measures, it is important that the report is formulated as concretely as possible.
If your concern is limited to complaints related to services we provide or if you are dissatisfied with our services (e.g., customer complaints), your usual contacts remain available to you as before. Reporting via the internal reporting office is not required and cannot be handled by our customer service, as they do not have access to information submitted through the internal reporting system.
Confidentiality
We treat every report as strictly confidential and protect the identity of whistleblowers. If a report falls within the scope of the Whistleblower Protection Act, the corresponding legal regulations naturally apply. We do not tolerate any retaliation against whistleblowers acting in good faith—even if the allegations prove to be unfounded.
In certain cases, the contents of your report may be forwarded to other responsible bodies for further investigation and clarification—always in compliance with confidentiality, integrity, and applicable data protection regulations.
All provided data are processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. You can find further information here.
External Reporting Offices
In addition to our whistleblower system, you also have the option to report to external offices in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG).
Further information and the possibility to file an external report can be found at the Federal Office of Justice: bundesjustizamt.de.
With your support, we can address violations early and effectively prevent misconduct at KONZMANN GmbH and all our partner companies.
