He has held various senior positions at leading companies in the industry in the fields of engineering, plant construction and technical services, and is currently responsible for finance, controlling and IT.
With strategic precision in HR and over 15 years of experience, she acts as a sparring partner for stakeholders. She combines business requirements with sustainable HR solutions, optimizes talent strategies, drives structural developments, and strengthens corporate culture for long-term growth.
With many years of experience in commercial management and solid industry knowledge, he is an expert in controlling, costing, procurement, and financial accounting. His leadership role and involvement in numerous transactions make him a competent partner for business development and post-merger integration.
