The minority shareholder has over 30 years of industry experience as a manager and partner at leading companies in energy and building technology, with more than 40 successful business transactions, the establishment of Europe-wide corporate groups, and notable company developments.
An industrial engineer with over 25 years’ experience, he possesses extensive management expertise. He has held various senior positions at leading companies in the industry in the fields of engineering, plant construction and technical services, and is currently responsible for finance, controlling and IT.
